Community policing needed to tackle knife crime

We have comparatively low rates of crime in St Albans but I know that some local families are worried about instances of knife crime, including as it relates to county lines.

Strong community networks, in which people know and trust their local police officers, and strong support services, are key to tackling this crisis which affects so many young people.
