I’m acutely aware that the new blood test booking system at St Albans City hospital has caused huge problems for local residents (and I’ve experienced it myself). The main problem is how long we all now have to wait: it’s days or weeks rather than same-day, which we could all do before when it was a walk-in service.
I’ve raised this and other concerns a couple of weeks back and will share the response when I get it.
